I don't know the recipe but when I was shipping pallets to amazon it was cheaper to send multiple smaller pallets than it was to send one giant one Test it out and see for yourself. There's a little fudging you have to do with the numbers but nothing that would get you in trouble I was getting charged LTL for [--] nearly max weight non stackable pallets but the actual weight was 30-50% less on each pallet.
