"Why not simply sell $XXX billion dollars of US Treasuries It sends a strong message. It gets $XXX billion dollars for Ukraine without the hassle of unfreezing Russian assets dealing with Belgium Hungary or Slovakia. Ukraine gets a vast amount of military equipment for Christmas. Which will REALLY piss both Trump and Putin off. And best of all Trump and the Central Bank of America will effectively pay for it all probably by printing US Dollars. They would be force to do that otherwise the Dollar could be hit so much that it would become weakened. Anything that may threaten the Dollar's reserve"
