"Whichever way this goes its bullish for $NFLX. Paramount has about $2.7B in cash and more than $15B in debt so a $108B hostile bid is basically an all-in gamble financed by leverage they cant comfortably carry. Netflix on the other hand has over $7B in cash rising free cash flow and some of the lowest leverage in the industry. Whether the deal gets blocked stalls or forces asset sales Netflix is the only player with the balance sheet and cash flow to capitalize. The negotiating power isnt with Paramount its with Netflix"
