By analogy if a trial court entered an injunction saying you can't rely on the fact that someone has a gun in deciding whether to stop them I would say that injunction should not be allowed to stand. In some cases having a gun is indeed relevant. But I still wouldn't know how one can answer whether there's reasonable suspicion if a gun is present; it just depends on all the facts"
