"#FM25 Terminology Change Rebuilds have really popularised the simulation style of playing the game. However holidaying I feel is a term that is never used in any other type of sports game when you apply the same format. For instance in the NBA 2k games if you go to the end of season the terminology is simulating and your manager is still in charge. Where as in FM it is deemed as your manager going on holiday which is rather an unrealistic thing and then doesnt recognise the manager as being present. I think the content around it has really highlighted how many people play the game this way I"
