Microsoft is laying off up to XXXXX employees, including some at Xbox division, King, and Zenimax Media, and has cancelled Perfect Dark and another new IP from Zenimax Online. The Initiative studio, formed in 2018, is also closing down. Death Stranding X has recently been released to positive reviews, with praise for its visuals, gameplay, and improvements over the original.
