"Mantra DAO had some serious red flags right from the jump. Back in 2020 RioDeFi set it up and hired two people to handle day-to-day stuff. All seemed fine until financial reports just stopped showing up after Jan 2021. Thats when things got messy ending in a legal battle in Hong Kong. RioDeFi says the employees went off the rails acting like they owned the whole thing and misusing funds. The employees clapped back saying You cant own a DAO.
