"I just bought a brand new fully loaded Jeep Sahara (120 actual miles on it) for $66k two months ago and it had a hybrid battery failure at 1780 miles and now I have a $66k piece of crap sitting at the dealership in a parking lot that only has a value of approx. $41k BEFORE the hit my VIN will take for such a serious failure in a vehicle under 2000 miles. So the depreciation was $20-30k in less than two months off the lot. Somoral of the story is you buy it its crap they dont care. Now I need an attorney. Consumer protection laws do not protect consumers. Period"

"@canyon_sunrise @Mappy6984 Believe me I know this. Yes covered under warranty but Jeep gets to choose HOW the fix happens. (E.g mask the issue or replace the part). If you have ever filed a warranty claim on a new vehicle under 2000 miles please let me know how that turned out for you. 😀"
