"The market is relatively quiet as we wait for the Fed and any clues on 2026 rate cuts. What matters more than the announcement itself is how stocks respond afterward. Thats where the real information is. Some interesting groups I'm keeping an eye on: $SMH has rallied back to highs off the Nov XX low $XLV is pulling back toward the 50sma $XME is building out a constructive right side Strength leaves footprints. The goal is to see which groups continue to hold up when the news hits"
