We all know Flipkart delivery agents ask for OTP before opening the box but this one restricted me from switching on the device saying its only to check physical damage not functionality. When I got home I realized there was no bill and no SIM ejector tool inside the box clear signs it had been opened before (possibly a returned unit) and resealed.
