"I agree with what you are saying. To add to it millions of traders billions of dollars were lost due to a pricing mechanism or infrastructure break. No one wants to be on the hook. I lost XX% of my portfolio that day and itll never returnnot because of my risk management but because the system broke SLs didnt trigger etc. If I had known it would be possible for an exchange to wipe out everything for most alts and ride off into the sunset with no recourseI prob wouldve just stayed in spot. After 8+ years in crypto Ive never seen the pricing/exchange break. Very expensive lesson. Lives ruined"

"Im not sure the play was to squash the space. I think the exchanges MMs and institutions are simply trying to max extract through liquidations pump and dump price action etc. Its classic Binance/Jane Street/Wintermute. Binance has proof against them from the SEC they trade against clients. Now 10/10 was an accident created by their games. To admit guilt for 10/10 will raise the veil on all their deeds. Thats another reason why none of the exchanges/MMs/etc are calling each other out. They all had a hand in it"

"US laws only apply to US companies. The laws/regulations wont hurtbut Im not sure how you think a US law stops something like Binance. SEC proved Binance trades against its customers and nothing changed. Binance isnt under US law. Neither are most exchanges. MMs arent under US law"
