Mrs H made the mistake of changing our account mobile number so an hour on a bloody awful call centre four attempts your software failed to ID my photo so despite all of OUR money is sitting in the account to pay our house painter we can't pay. We promised to pay him this weekend so we can't now honour our word: we pay all our contractors the day they invoice that's how we get great service which is really important when you live remotely.
