"Lemon 🍋 Garlic 🧄 Marinade: Juice of [--] lemons Zest of [--] lemons 5-6 garlic cloves grated 1/4 cup of Avocado or Olive Oil 2-4TBS water 1TBS Raw Honey 1TBS Dijon mustard 1Tsp Salt (I like Celtic) fresh ground pepper Add any other herbs rosemary oregano sage parsley etc. Mix together blend well and let chicken marinate minimum 2hrs. Keep in mind this is a very acidic marinade. Marinating for too long can cause the chicken to turn pale (*cooking it* but not in an eatable way 🤣).
