"$TPL $LB Texas Pacific/LandBridge Think about it: TPL is getting equity in the new company the right to supply the water and becoming a land partner for natural gas renewables and eventually nuclear. It also confirms the LB thesis which is that Permian land is ultra valuable in the data center buildout. For many quarters both TPL and LB have been laying the groundwork including renewable deals projects with IPPs etc. The problem is that this takes time (years). For now the market keeps treating TPL and LB as simply oil and gas royalty stocks. It sucks but I'm fine with it as I can buy more."

"The problem with Defense Primes (NOC/LHX) is their business model. Basically they sign "Fixed-Price" development contracts. If inflation spikes or supply chains break they eat the cost. 2020/2021 was a "good" example of this. They are essentially massive project managers fighting a monopsony buyer (the Pentagon) for 12-15% margins. $TDG is different. It doesn't bid. Instead it sets prices. It is an inflation beneficiary not a victim"
