"Anecdotal but the focus seems to be on hiring new grads. Can confirm it from the data with the unemployment rate for new grads being near zero. It's a crap show training them and throwing them into understaffed floors but that's what's happening. New grad with a bonus sign up and a multi year contract a traveler.
