The Dame news literally broke while I was in the middle of teaching @SportsBizClass The Bucks will receive set-off (terribly named) for the first two years of the waived-and-stretched money. (It come off only for what was left on the original contract.) Approximately $2M per year will come off the money owed to Dame for 2025-26 and 2026-27. Here's the thing: The set-off is not applied until after the season completes for 2025-26. There will be no additional cap space/spending power created for the Bucks"
