In the hypothetical scenario where X billion did come to Kaspa it wouldnt make nodes centralized. There are only a certain amount of blocks available in a day. A fee market would kick in and if you want settlement you would pay the fee to get included or just wait in the mempool a bit longer. Full nodes only maintain X days of data at a time keeping hardware requirements low.
