"Great points. It really comes down to are you looking at it from bitcoin or US$ terms Yes you are paying a higher monthly payment for the home but its getting cheaper in Bitcoin terms. Its really a positive carry trade mortgage capital cost at 9% but Bitcoin is growing at +50%. Also by not selling your Bitcoin it wont trigger capital gains which is a massive upfront fee. Capital always has a cost the question is are your assets working for you and nothing works harder than Bitcoin. 💪🏽"

"Yes you want to pay them off in fiat because the bitcoin will appreciate and your fiat debt will be less. Sell the home or service the loan. There is a school of thought that you should keep borrowing to service fiat which works for some. At some point Bitcoin may produce income and that would help service fiat debt"
