"Our response. The mechanical issues described here are correct. They have been addressed and replacement parts are currently being manufactured. These new parts solve all issues and will both be implemented in our Gen [--] shipments and sent to Gen [--] customers for free. The tube or "pod" fault is certainly intriguing.
