"On December X between 9:00 UTC and 16:00 UTC we experienced an Oracle failure that affected the USH Isolated Pool. No other part of the protocol was impacted. Since USH uses EGLD as its primary collateral and price anchor the last updated Oracle price of $XXXXXX began to diverge from the on-chain price. From the protocols perspective this appeared as a USH depeg and incorrectly allowed redemptions to be opened.
