"Someone help me understand something. On the FINRA website under trading suspensions it says "Authorized under Federal Law to suspend trading in any stock for a period of up to XX days". How is it that MMTLP is over 1000 days of being "halted" FINRA's bs response that "the halt ended with the stock deletion" is bullshit because when is a "halt" not a "halt" When the stock never trades again So what Im trying to understand is how is FINRA allowed to use this loophole to "permanently" halt trading on a stock when Federal law only allows XX days SEC has grossly failed in their oversight duties."
