"Portion of my sermon notes for this coming Sunday. Commenting on Ex. 25:2 where God tells Moses to collect a free will offering from the people. Throughout the Bible God instructs His people to offer freewill offerings. In fact if you do a phrase search of freewill offering you might be surprised to discover there are XX occurrences (NASB). The New Testament gives specific instructions for giving many texts like Mt. 6:2-4; 23:23; 25:31-46; Lk. 6:38; X Cor. 16:1-2; X Cor. 8-9; Phil. 4:15-17.
