"I think the regulator is from one side significantly lagging behind in terms of technology vs market operators but still they have the tools to catch them if they want even after some time. Not sure CBDC will make any difference here but for sure blockchain technology can significantly increase transparency although not sure transparency is what people want to achieve since is a problem for manipulation and those reaping unfair gains"
