"$AIV continues to announcing deals closing.market still clearly does not believe management's intent to sell assets and wind down.but we think this time is different With most of the Miami assets sold (Brickell to close later this year) plus Boston assets now closed.it's basically too late to go back. Likely path here is a quick sale of the remaining stabilized assets which will full the stock to re-rate. "$AMPY finally doing the things it should have done a looong time ago. This price is not at all that bad given the O&G pricing backdrop. $127.5M here + the $23M from the EF assets totals $150.5M. On 40.5M shares outstanding that is $XXXX in cash per share. This should force the stock to re-rate. The one thing I continue to be nervous about is mgmt's willingness to cut G&A.they have to - cost structure is far too bloated for the size of these assets. "$AMPY - as much as I hate posting about this stock given the scar tissue.moves are being made With the sale of the OK assets.the business is now meaningfully simplified and net cash at last. The $242M in proceeds from the X asset sales should wipe out all debt ($123M) and result in $100M+ of cash on the balance sheet. At $X the EV is is around $XX million - for that you get Beta and Baroil. Beta wells continue to outperform expectations with 100%+ IRRs - that asset should be a FCF machine in theory. Finally some good changes - I wish this had happened 3+ years ago.but oh well"
