So if they did that and they clearly had to get the game out (because otherwise who'd release a shooter between Battlefield and COD) then something else in the game might have had to give. "That's a pretty basic analysis. How many of those are extraction shooters made with a small team in the current market conditions I'm just stating that the game they made Arc Raiders was (according to them) not something they could pull off without finding ways to speed up the process. So they built tools and adopted measures of which I ASSUME AI voice work was one of them in order to do it. This wasn't a successful studio making a game in an established franchise. It was a studio that hadn't turned a profit making a new IP in a competitive genre. I can't imagine they had many more financial"

The hardware use case is different too. When we talk about 'the console war' I believe we're talking about specific products that directly go toe-to-toe with each other.
