"@colarion Respectfully disagree on $CBC. Dilution was actually quite modest (18% primary vs total post-IPO shares) and XX insiders put $5M of their own cash in at $XX on Day X. IMHO feels more like alignment than the dilution disaster narrative that gets thrown at every bank deal"
