"Hertzy. I gotta push back a little bit. I agree with you do it yourself. however I dont think you realize what an elite class you are in. Most people dont invest and the ones that do. Its probably X% that understand options and only .3 that are profitable options traders. Its such an abstract thought wave of investing. For the people in Ulty that are waking up to this. its less of the fund managers doing a bad job and more of the flow of money from investors leaving and moving to other funds. For instance the fund manager could be terrible but have really good marketing and you would see the"

"market cap will determine range The larger the market cap it takes longer the stock to move in a big way. For most of the options commonly traded you can zoom out to the 3m and see the pattern. remember you cant pick a price the market is stochastic. You want factor in a series of probabilities using statistics. If you are trading monthlies look for the most common high and low and that gives range. Outlier swings happen on a longer time frame. like $TSLL being over XX only happens once or twice a year. normally it ranges from 9-14 most of the year"
