"Actually just in shock right now lol. Great opportunity gone. Not sure what happened. Not sure why it took X months to find out. Not sure why we had to define a scope of work for an entire project just to be ultimately rejected(and our work re-used for other applicants). Hoping when I see who was awarded the opportunity its not one of the same X teams picked to do everything on Cardano or a lowball offer. "For the love of god can someone please tell me what the Midnight (NIGHT Support) hours are I opened a ticket yesterday got a response at XX PM my time just for them to close the ticket with X help towards my issue😭 The conversation is now on an email thread and not reflecting on the actual support conversation on the site. Zendesk seems to do this every time i have used it. The flow is terrible. Really shouldn't be this difficult. Still only seeing 1/60th of the NIGHT i was eligible to claim in my dashboard.
