"Car insurance is such a scam. A kid barely hit my vehicle (not the Vette) last year and I started a claim. When I cleaned it off I saw that there was no damage (not even a scratch just a scrape that buffed out). The insurance adjuster verified that there was no hidden damage as well. I canceled the claim because I didnt want the kids rates to go up for no reason. @Allstate canceled it and said it wouldnt affect my rates or show up as damage on the CarFax.
