"Not sure why its so hard for the CFB public to grasp that some G5 jobs are more attractive than P4 jobs. Especially if youre a head coach looking to prove youve still got it. Dan Mullen could be the head coach at Purdue right now but instead he chose UNLV. Why Because now hes got a significant resources advantage over XX% of his annual competition and can rack up wins and build an impressive resume. This is exactly why I think guys like Orgeron Gruden and maybe even Jimbo will win up at upper tier G5 schools as opposed to lower tier P4"
