They don't know the other 5-15 others that played a huge role. X. Send them a note 1:1 each in Slack. Invest in your internal relationships. X. FaceTime your POC / champion. Congratulate them for all the hard work they put into making it happen. Give them your commitment to making it a massive success. Can take an hour. Worth every minute"
