"Remove SBMM from Quickplay Buff roaming supers in PvP. The Well/Bubble meta with shutdown supers breeds such a passive meta. Roaming supers just feel awful to use and they cant compete much anymore. Rework Rift if its going to stay in the game. The worst part about Rift is having to reset after each dunk. It ruins the flow of the game.
