"Dave Youre an intelligent guy and youve seen plenty of gold cycles so lets be transparent here. $USAU isnt generating revenue and doesnt have a real plan to start. Its all PR hype layered over a weak balance sheet. The company has nowhere near the cash needed to fund the Wyoming project. Even if you take their $277M claim at face value which is already optimistic the real all-in cost is closer to $500700M once contingencies infrastructure and financing costs are factored in. And now with the loss of S-3 eligibility one of their only lifelinesthe shelf / ATM issuance is gone. That forces them"
