"We just saw the biggest drop in call premiums over the last XX sessions (both overall and OTM). At the same time put premiums and put volume are starting to pick up. Looking at @unusual_whales market tide and gamma exposure tool this is where things get interesting. Price and gamma dont stay disconnected forever usually one catches up to the other. Over the last couple of weeks weve had more negative gamma than usual which tends to fuel sharper swings in the market. Right now $SPY's price looks way out of line with gamma. That kind of divergence is exactly the type of setup worth watching."

"🐳@unusual_whales Option Flow Case Study Update 🐳 We actually got a third scenario Option C. On 9/29 36K+ contracts traded in the $HPE 11/21 $25C. Todays OI update shows a drop of -14907 contracts. So what happened Roughly half of the contracts dropped off while 20K+ contracts remain open. This suggests the original whale was likely exiting their position with half closing and the rest passed on to new hands. 👉 A perfect reminder: not all ask-side flow is an add. Without tracking OI changes youd miss the fact that this was more of an exit than an add-on"
