"Hair today gone tomorrow and back again. A Carnivore mystery. This is a deeper dive into a post I layed on you all last night. When I started Carnivore I had all my hair. (my thinning crown was and still is normal for my Polish self). Three weeks into Carnivore back in 2023 I started losing a couple of patches of hair. "I did it. I conquered my fear. I *finally* looked up the anti-nutrients in pickles. None to speak of in any significant amount yay You see I really like pickles. I know they do nothing to me in the short run as I have been eating them since about two months into Carnivore. I do not eat too many slices at once although on a hot grill meal day it can get away from me but still no ill effects.
