"He is right it is much easier to defend especially with our terrain. Rivers are HELL for any invading army; Russian invasion is the prime modern example.Bangladesh is defenders paradise. But some expansion of personal is expected. Both the Air Force and Navy are expanding equipment and personal. The Army also launched Advanced Artillery Institute so some expansion is also expected. Airborne and special operations will probably also expand along with logistics. So we can expect the Army to expand to 200-220k from 170k. Not sure on the Navy & Air Force personnel yet"
