"Not Iskander-Ks they only have a range of around 500km. The first X Kinzhals which I assume are the ones you are referring to with Ozerne were recorded over Lutsk. Any explosions heard in Zhytomyr Oblast were probably from a Mach Cone. Usually that occurs over Kyiv but as the launch lines were further west this time it would probably occur further west too. The X Tu-160 is conducting training in Saratov Oblast as it always does. But I agree on the drones they definitely didn't just fly to Lutsk and Ozerne.
