Keep in mind we are depreciating all the real estate - if this were a japanese REIT we would look at cash flows and ignore the high PE. in this case the PE is so low it doesn't"

"yes thats my view. i see it a bit like Japan where individual small cap picks seem absurdly good but I don't really want to own most the bigger stuff in the country atm. i do think shorting a basket of bios would be better than XBI eg just picking my least favourite XX from the index. But its very difficult to optimize everything"
