If you cant bear the risk you can simply exit your sHYUSD position as the CR approaches 130% and avoid the volatility. sHYUSD isnt a locked position. "I think the confusion comes from treating the Stability Pool token (sHYUSD) as if its denominated in SOL. Its actually a yield-bearing token in its own not the same as holding an LST the fact that the system mints against an LST doesnt make them equivalent. That said even if all hyUSD is staked sHYUSD holders still receive more yield than holding LST because part of the yield is generated by the collateral deposited by xSOL minters. So using your attached image: that $800K of yield would be distributed across $5M which is still 16% APY (more than most LSTs)"
