"This is pretty cool it's the first time I've come across something like this. It's basically a DCA strategy that adjusts based on the Fear & Greed Index. The bot buys ETH during fearful or extremely fearful market moods and sells when greed or extreme greed kicks in. From what I understand it only really does its thing on days when the index is showing fear/extreme fear or greed/extreme greed it stays quiet during neutral periods.
