I added variables such as M2 DXY VIX BTC Sentiment Data etc. I then performed tests for normality homoskedasticity and autocorrelation (non-issues). Since C0v1d ended there are many office buildings sitting empty despite the heavy push to get people back in office. It's Small Regional Banks that are on the hook for much of this debt.
