"Anyone who knows how the military rulers in Algeria think knows for sure that they will choose Scenario X They will NEVER accept Morocco's autonomy plan for WS even as the whole world moves towards it. Eventho they know this will further isolate them. Better self-destruction than to concede defeat to Morocco 🙂 And they will keep their economy closed to the world.
