"Beacon Securities is thrilled to be a part of the MFABC debenture syndicate and assist the issuer with their most recent bond placement. On October XX MFABC reopened their XXXX% 3-Jun-2035 Sustainable Bond for $420mm to create a 725mm line. The bonds priced at +57bps vs. the Canada benchmark or 5bps back of Ontario were very well received by investors as books were over twice subscribed and final books had XX buyers.
