"Many are reporting that Stephan Sterns will plead guilty to both sexual assault charges AND the murder charge today. I only see one case number listed on the paperwork and that is for the sexual abuse case. Now I read where Sources are saying he will plead to both. Makes sense for him but for heaven's sake he better not plead to both because that would mean the death penalty is Off the Table and another monster would get to live. The hearing is at XXX PM today. "Another murderer to be released post his 2017 conviction for murdering X YO Etan Patz (if not retried). Etan's killer confessed many times by the way. So what happened. The jury asked the judge during trial if they needed to disregard the confession his killer made pre-Miranda warning. The judge screwed up and said no.
