"I never said that. I said that pharma companies try to make prices as low as possible but the medicine production and the whole supply chain makes it very expensive. It will get more expensive every year and Trumps tariffs currently make it worse as this companies depend on a global environment. + no medicine cannot be produced solely in the USA (I know what Im saying)"

"more context as a good example - mRNA vaccines: X. Moderna: they made a COVID vaccine but didnt have the supply chain to distribute it on time. Then they needed Lonza from Switzerland to help them with it. (Means most Moderns Vaccines came from the alps) X. Pfizer: the vaccine was made by Biontech (not Pfizer) but they didnt have the big marketing and large scale manufacturing. This is what Pfizer did nothing else but very important - all made in Germany. Btw: did you know that the Pharmas in the US can charge customers marketing costs this is in Europe not possible and thats why the prices"
