"Just an observation: MGM Resorts International $MGM stock price has been stagnant for the past three years. Yet it generates north of $1B FCF every year on a $9.5B market cap. What does the company do with that cash flow It is buying back shares at unprecedented rates down from 527m to 294m (44%). The equity value accrues while the price doesn't budge. Is Vegas going to die Probably not anytime soon. Meanwhile MGM will keep printing cash and buying back shares until it becomes a special situation"

"Fannie Mae retained $101.6bn in earnings so far and it needs $105bn to reach the XXX% capital threshold. If I were working for the Administration I would use this milestone as a launching pad for the IPO in XX days when the company announces earnings. Steps needed: - Amend the ERCF eliminating unnecessary buffers. - Establish a paid-for line of credit similar to FDIC insurance. - Finalize the warrants conversion/Senior preferred treatment to make it a win/win for everyone. - Sign a consent decree list on NYSE activate dividends. - Sell the 3-5% stake to investors setting a mark-to-market for"
