"@suemcco11 I had two surgeries ( one year apart work sickness payments ) due to three mega torn ligaments in my left ankle There is loss of flexibility in that ankle compared to the right ankle . But I am able to play tennis ( lots of stop start running ) and use the gym. You will be ok"
