"The BoM isn't clarity it's contradiction at multiple levels. For example the Latin (Catholic) word Testament means Covenant like with Last Will and Testament. Old Testament = Moses New Testament = Jesus Mormon Another Testament = Contradiction Can you at least agree that Joseph's mocking tone is from his Apologetics days That's not of God. Joseph was a Methodist Apologist. Today he and Oliver would just have a Youtube Podcast. Joseph the Methodist Apologist: "after catching a spark of Methodism in the camp meeting away down in the woods on the Vienna road he Joseph Smith was a very passable"
