"$JIN.AX starting to look interesting here. Founder led net cash balance sheet and under 15x forward earnings. Fee to $TLC.AX has topped out at XXXX% and is fixed for the next X years. So they won't have the headwind of rising fees on sales. And you have to imagine we're due for a big jackpot as it's been a while. Only thing I don't like is the uncertainty around their future post FY30 with $TLC.AX. You'd have to imagine $TLC.AX will take a bigger cut but how much XX% 20%"

When theres very high inflation due to government overspending and very low interest rates they try to blame price gouging and implement price controls. But eventually the inflation gets worse and the central bank has to raise rates drastically and the government finally starts to cut their spending. A historical pattern that seems to repeat itself"

"Its a possible outcome but not guaranteed. Credit fueled bubbles can go another way if the central bank tries to get inflation back under the control. Across the 70s inflation run hot because central banks kept rates too low trying to keep unemployment low. But eventually raised them massively when it was clear inflation was getting away from them. It looks like theyre comfortable with inflation now because theyre telling themselves its coming down. But if it starts ticking up again what they do will be the moment of truth in terms of Weimar vs deflation"
