"I think the issue is that Maresca couldve used Pedro in the left half space but that wouldve been in his 3-2-5 shape which he doesnt like to use against back 5s as theres no overloads & its easy to press So in a 3-1-5-1 shape if one fullback is tucking in (James) where does the other one go Would have to be upfield Though I wanted Maresca to go to a 2-2-5-1 from the get go me & EBL had a quick conversation about it where we agreed Caicedo then couldve been at the base of the left triangle"
